Contact and enquiry data from website forms, email to [email protected], and WhatsApp messages (name, business name, contact details, and message content).
Order and project data: package selected, brief answers, agent or campaign attribution codes if present, delivery notes, and support history.
Payment data: PayPal transaction identifiers and status when you pay by PayPal; EFT proofs of payment, payment references, and bank reconciliation records when you pay by EFT. We do not store full card numbers on our static website.
Website and technical data: hosting logs, security logs, domain-registration related details where we assist, and analytics data if analytics tools are enabled.
Customer content you supply for the build (copy, logos, photographs, team profiles), used to deliver your website.
To respond to enquiries, take and fulfil orders, reconcile payments, build and launch websites, provide hosting or support where purchased, attribute sales agents fairly, improve our services, and meet legal and accounting duties.
We process information because you request a service, because a contract is being formed or performed, because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing the business, or where a law requires it. Where consent is required (for example certain analytics or marketing), we will ask for it.
Essential cookies or similar storage may be used for basic site operation, security, and remembering preferences where needed.

We use service providers such as PayPal, banks (for EFT reconciliation), hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics providers if enabled, and Meta/WhatsApp for messaging.
Some providers are located outside South Africa. When personal information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps appropriate to the context so that processing remains lawful under POPIA.
We do not sell your personal information.
We keep order, payment reconciliation, and project records for as long as needed to deliver the service, handle disputes, and meet tax and legal retention duties, then delete or anonymise when no longer required.
Enquiry messages that do not become orders are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up and record-keeping.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Subject to POPIA, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion where appropriate, and information about how we process it.
