Self-employed basis only — not PAYE employment. You are responsible for your own tax affairs (CSMBAC does not withhold tax). Earn commissions selling UK and ZA packages to customers anywhere in the world, in English or Afrikaans. Official csmbac.com checkout only.
CSMBAC sales agents work on a self-employed basis. There is no employment contract, no PAYE payroll, and no guaranteed salary. You are an independent agent selling a live product; commission terms are issued after approval in your private agent agreement.
Your responsibilities — including tax
You manage your own working hours and equipment. As a self-employed agent, you are responsible for your own tax affairs: declaring commission income, filing returns, and paying income tax, self-assessment, National Insurance, VAT or equivalent obligations in your country. CSMBAC does not deduct PAYE or withhold tax from your commission and does not provide tax advice. CSMBAC provides the website packages, official PayPal checkout, agent scripts, and fulfilment — not employer benefits, payroll, or employed telesales management.
Customer payments — agents never collect money
PayPal on csmbac.com only
CSMBAC and Online Ads London Ltd process all customer payments via PayPal on csmbac.com. That is the only authorised payment route for website packages. Send every paying customer to the correct official checkout — UK website packages or ZA website packages (English or Afrikaans).
No fees, cash or direct payments
No agent is authorised to charge fees, collect cash, request personal EFT, or accept direct payments on CSMBAC’s behalf. If a prospect wants to pay you instead of the website, decline and use the official link. This rule protects customers and agents alike.
Self-employed basis only
Independent contractor, not payroll
CSMBAC recruits sales agents on a self-employed basis. You are not hired as an employee, there is no PAYE salary, and CSMBAC does not withhold tax from your commission. You invoice or receive commission according to the agent agreement CSMBAC issues after approval. You work remotely, manage your own schedule, and are responsible for your own tax affairs — income tax, self-assessment, National Insurance, VAT or equivalent rules in your country.
Your own tax and business compliance
Because you are self-employed, you must keep records of commission received, file returns on time, and pay any tax due directly to the relevant authority. CSMBAC does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. If you are unsure how self-employment affects you in the UK, South Africa or elsewhere, speak to a qualified professional before you start selling.
Commission-led income
Income is commission-based on completed sales that customers pay through the official csmbac.com checkout. CSMBAC provides the product, pricing reference, scripts and checkout path; you bring the sales conversations. Exact commission structure is provided privately in your agent terms — not on this public page.
What you sell
UK and ZA website packages
CSMBAC builds fixed-scope business websites for trades and small businesses in the United Kingdom and South Africa. UK customers use UK website packages (Standard from £450, Premium from £695). ZA customers use ZA website packages in English or Afrikaans — including Starter (R5,000 all-in), Standard and Premium. Choose the regional page that matches the customer’s market and language.
Sell to customers anywhere
You are not limited to prospects in one country. A UK expat in Dubai, a South African owner in London, or a local plumber in Manchester can each buy the package that fits — as long as they complete PayPal checkout on csmbac.com. Your job is to explain scope honestly and send them to the correct official link.
English and Afrikaans
Sell in English for UK packages and ZA English pages. When a South African customer prefers Afrikaans, use the ZA Afrikaans package route at /za/af/website-packages/. Approved agents receive scripts and guidance for both languages where CSMBAC provides them.
Honest scope, clear contact routes
Packages include mobile-friendly pages, contact routes (phone, email, WhatsApp as appropriate), basic SEO foundations and careful internal links. CSMBAC does not promise instant Google rankings or invented client proof. Your sales conversations should match the live site copy so customers know what they are buying before they pay.
What approved agents receive
Agent kit after acceptance
CSMBAC does not leave approved agents to improvise. After your application is accepted, you receive a structured onboarding kit that typically includes: written agent terms and commission schedule, approved sales scripts for phone and WhatsApp (English and Afrikaans where provided), step-by-step instructions for sending customers to the right UK or ZA checkout, product and price reference for both regions, and practical objection-handling notes.
Ongoing support
Agents sell a live product with a real checkout path. When package scope or pricing changes on csmbac.com, CSMBAC updates the agent reference materials so you are not selling outdated information. If you are unsure whether a customer request fits a package or region, ask before they pay.
How it works
Apply, review, onboard, sell
The path is simple: apply on WhatsApp, CSMBAC reviews your application, approved agents receive the agent kit (terms, scripts, instructions), then you sell using official csmbac.com links only — UK or ZA, English or Afrikaans as needed. Customers complete PayPal checkout on the website; you do not invoice them separately or handle card details.
Self-employed, remote
This role is for self-employed people only — not applicants looking for employed telesales with a fixed salary. You should be comfortable explaining a practical product, following written scripts, and working remotely by phone, WhatsApp and email from anywhere in the world. You manage your own time; CSMBAC provides the product, checkout and fulfilment discipline.
Payment authority — non-negotiable
All payments via csmbac.com PayPal
CSMBAC and Online Ads London Ltd process every customer payment through PayPal on csmbac.com. That is the only authorised payment route for website packages sold under the CSMBAC brand.
No direct collections
No agent is authorised to charge fees, collect cash, request EFT to a personal account, or accept direct payments on CSMBAC’s behalf. If a prospect asks to pay you instead of the website, decline and send them to the official UK or ZA packages page. Violations end the agent relationship.
Who this suits
Practical sellers, not hype merchants
Strong agents explain scope clearly, use the provided scripts, and respect the payment rules. You do not need to be a web designer — you need to be credible, responsive, and willing to follow the onboarding materials CSMBAC provides after approval.

Frequently asked questions
Is this employment or self-employed work?
Self-employed only. CSMBAC sales agents are independent contractors, not PAYE employees. CSMBAC does not deduct income tax, PAYE, National Insurance or similar withholdings from your commission — you are responsible for your own tax affairs, filings and business compliance in your country. You manage your own hours and equipment. Commission terms are in your agent agreement after approval.
Who is responsible for tax on my commission?
You are. As a self-employed agent, you must declare commission income and pay any income tax, self-assessment, National Insurance, VAT or equivalent obligations that apply in your country. CSMBAC does not provide tax advice and does not act as your employer for payroll tax purposes. Keep your own records and consult a qualified accountant or tax adviser if you are unsure.
Do approved agents receive scripts and instructions?
Yes. After your application is accepted, CSMBAC provides written agent terms, sales scripts, step-by-step instructions, product and price reference, and objection-handling guidance. Commission terms are in your private agent agreement — not published on this public page.
Can I collect payment from clients directly?
No. CSMBAC and Online Ads London Ltd process all customer payments via PayPal on csmbac.com only. No agent may charge fees, collect cash, or accept direct payments on CSMBAC’s behalf.
What packages can I sell?
Approved agents sell both UK and South African website packages on csmbac.com. UK: Standard and Premium builds from £450 with optional .co.uk domain and hosting. ZA: Starter (R5,000 all-in bundle), Standard (R9,500) and Premium (R14,500), with optional hosting from R299/month. Send each customer to the correct regional checkout page — UK packages or ZA packages (English or Afrikaans).
Who can I sell to, and where can agents be based?
You can sell to business owners anywhere in the world — not only in the UK or South Africa. Agents can also be based anywhere. Match the customer to the right package and language: UK packages for British trades and SMBs; ZA packages (English or Afrikaans at /za/af/) for South African businesses or owners who want a .co.za site.
Can I sell in English and Afrikaans?
Yes. UK package pages are in English. ZA package pages are available in English and Afrikaans — use /za/website-packages/ or /za/af/website-packages/ when the customer prefers Afrikaans. Approved agents receive scripts and instructions to support both languages where relevant.
How do I apply?
Message CSMBAC on WhatsApp using the apply button on this page. We review your application, then onboard approved agents with the agent kit (terms, scripts, instructions) before you start selling.
