Image Tools privacy
Your images are temporarily processed only to provide the service you requested. They are automatically deleted when they are no longer required and are not retained as a photo library or used to train AI models.
Data minimisation
CSMBAC Image Tools is a processing service, not an image-hosting service. We retain the minimum necessary data for the minimum necessary time.
Original uploads
Uploaded originals and extracted ZIP contents are deleted as soon as processing completes successfully.
Intermediate files
Temporary working files are removed when the next pipeline stage no longer needs them.
Completed outputs
Finished files remain available only long enough for you to download them. The default retrieval window is about four hours (configurable between one and six hours based on operational evidence). You can delete files immediately with Delete files now on any completed job.
Failed or abandoned jobs
Incomplete uploads, failed transformations, and orphaned working files are purged automatically.
What we may keep
After image deletion we may retain non-image operational records such as job ID, operation type, image counts, aggregate byte sizes, credits used, processing duration, status, timestamps, and error categories. We do not keep your images for cache reuse or model training.
